How long is the recovery period?

After the operation three days of rest are recommended. After this, most patients can go back to work (possibly with sun glasses). The threads and skin coloured steristrips will be removed five to seven days after the operation. After one or two weeks, you will feel up to socializing, and after three weeks, you may resume sports and recreational activities.
